The Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine" adopted by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 23 May 2008, excludes several regulations appertaining to tax, customs, budget and other legislation from the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for Year 2008, and Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine". The excluded regulations are transferred to special Laws.
The President of Ukraine expressed his remarks regarding the Law "On Land Lease" and the Land Code of Ukraine. The motions of the President of Ukraine (Reg. No.2481) were registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 31.05.2008.
